Program Terms & Conditions

  • Referring resident must be in good standing when the credit is applied.
  • Referral must be submitted before the friend applies or tours.
  • Friend must sign a minimum 12-month lease and pay the required deposit.
  • One $1,000 rent credit per eligible new lease unless otherwise specified.
  • Credit is applied to the referring resident’s next rent bill after move-in and verification.
  • Credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be retroactively applied.
